Tyler Blacksmith

Tyler Blacksmith was born in Spokane, Washington, and had many pets that included a fish, a bird, a dog, and a cat, and he loved them very much. He always was an animal lover and a lover of writing, which he wanted to do for a living. That was his motivation for attending the Gonzaga University to obtain his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, and Tyler owned a pet iguana during that time. He would also submit articles to various publications; he would write about the pets he had during childhood and animals in general. Tyler wanted something extra that aligned with his passion for animals in addition to writing. That resulted in the creation of Get Pet Box, an online resource for animal lovers, pet owners, and those looking to adopt pets. When Tyler is not working on the site or writing, he goes horseback riding, camping, and skiing during the winter season.
